#335: DCON driver software should not use antialias on B1 boards

The antialiasing is "broken" on the DCON revisions that will be in the B1
builds. It only works when the chip is powered at 2.7 V, but we can't run
that high because of power considerations.

So software that puts the DCON into color mode should write 0x29, not
0x69, to the DCON mode register (register 1).
