#322: hard crash with DCON test loop.

A simple loop reinitialising the DCON causes a hard crash.

It isn't just resetting the PLL that does it -- if you only leave it in a
loop of writing 0x69 and 0x169 to register 1 and doing 'dmesg -c' it's
been observed to die too. It isn't an IRQ storm -- I've hacked the driver
to printk on _every_ interrupt (even scanline), and I'm watching DCONIRQ
 on the scope anyway.

Will try to get FS2 working in the morning but if anyone else with FS2-fu
can reproduce in the meantime that would be massively useful.
