#321: Inserting 2nd usb stick makes 1st one unreadable

     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: low | Milestone: ATest
Component: hardware | Keywords:

When inserting a second USB stick on a A Test board, the following
 happens:
 - Access to the /dev/sda device, the first usb stick, ceases. Linux
rejects I/O to the dead device.
 - It subsequently finds /dev/sdb and /dev/sdc, which seems to imply that
the first stick is recognized again and the second stick too.
Mounting these new devices doesn't work because the mount command is no
longer accessible on the /dev/sda device. Rebooting is the only thing that
 works.
I realize this is on a ATest board, hopefully the B board are better.
It may be a power related problem, but on the other hand, both devices
were inserted in a powered hub.
