 Note that for question 4, "In the shortest amount of time possible"
 doesn't entirely specify the problem. We have to have our first Vsync
 pulse _precisely_ in time with an incoming interrupt, as shown in
 http://david.woodhou.se/dconvga-4.png -- yellow is hsync, blue is vsync,
 purple is the video signal we need to be in time with, and green is the
 interrupt.

 So far we're powering up most of the device early, then waiting for this
 confusing 50-60ms period, then when the interrupt comes we just activate
 the FIFO and TGEN.
