 Right now, the LUT is getting filled by the firmware with a ramp
 (compensating for the miswiring of the Geode/DCON), and we hope/expect the
 panel itself will match the usual 2.2 gamma quite closely.

 But we really need to get this implemented to be complete and allow for
 adjustments (e.g. via the xgamma(1) program.  Few programs these days do
 evil color map tricks, thankfully.
