 Dan tested switching back and forth between 3102 and 3104 on an A-test
 board.  He reports that you can downgrade to 3102, but once you do that
 you can no longer use the normal firmware.  But in that state you can
 still re-upgrade to 3104 and the regular firmware will work again.
