 Open questions (because blizzard is dumb):

 1. Are we still using grub for booting off ext3 from Linux as Boot Loader?
 Mitch thinks not, and I suspect he's right, but I can't remember so need
 to verify.

 2. We still need grub for people booting off the Insyde BIOS.  Until we
 say "A-test is dead."

 3. Still need to support grub for qemu

 4. We need to figure out how to support both nand and disk-based booting
 from the same olpc-boot.fth file.
