 Since getting my XO I have experienced this bug but it's worse with build
 206.
 the alt-shift F11 shortcut doesn't seem to load the dev console in a
 consistent way.  It will sometimes launch but minutes after the shortcuts
 has been pressed (5-10 minutes).  It will often launch a bunch of consoles
 at the same time (because I press the shortcuts several times in hope of
 loading it)  Also the new console is an about dialog that is always on top
 which is not convenient.  When I launch TamTam I need to close the console
 to interact with TamTam.
