 The image build process does not appear to be running prelink.  This would
 probably cut shared library load time (and therefore app startup time)
 significantly.

 This should just be a matter of installing prelink into the image,
 chrooting into it (if we're not there already), running prelink -avm, and
 then uninstalling prelink and anything it brought in.
