#638: olpc-bios-sig needs to be less strict

/usr/bin/olpc-bios-sig is used to print out the bios revision, as well as
to test whether we're looking at a newer bios; however, it makes an
assumption that the bios version will be of the form Q2A[0-9][0-9]. This
breaks if we have Q2B11 (as was just released) or if we hit triple digits
 in the version.

This is the reason why X breaks when we upgrade the bios to Q2B11 and use
an image that hasn't yet been configured; we end up using geode-xorg.conf
 rather than dcon-xorg.conf.
