Comment:

 This is not really a bug...if you do things that keep the camera
 application from running, it will be unable to keep up with the video
 stream.  The kernel is just informing you that this has happened.  The
 message is ratelimited and shouldn't really be a problem.

 That said, I could (1) turn off the message if it is deemed to be
 unwanted, and/or (2) stop acquisition altogether if the application stops
 grabbing frames.  Please advise if you would like either of those done.
