 Appears to be a problem of the ASIX based card/driver.

 Yoshiki, can you run the

 while :; do cat /proc/interrupts >> interrupts-2s.txt ; done

 command?

 Its hard to figure out whats going on without more information. Ought to
 have a card for testing.
