 If GetDescription() is going to provide a message about the battery status
 (which in the very basic case could be something like "30 minutes
 remaining") than it would probably work.

 We also need a way to get the battery level though because we want to show
 the level graphically (with a bar) rather than as a message.

 GetIcon() would be probably OK as long as the actual icons can be themed
 (by using icon themes for example).

 In general the API you are proposing constraints a bit the possible UI
 representations. That might be OK, but I'll have to check with the design
 team.
