 Several problems here - first, the kernel sleep method isn't enabled yet,
 that needs to be done.

 As far as X is concerned, I'll have to think about the best way to do
 this.  It will probably coincide with the better DCON detection in the
 kernel via the device tree or another method.  I am very hesitant to put
 DCON specific code in the generic driver unless we absolutely positively
 need it - but when trying to use 'xset dpms force off', I can't see any
 way around it.

 Another alternative is to use xscreensaver or something similar that will
 allow us to run a script
 to tweak the sysfs entry.
