 We're not toing to go to the new hotplug work until at least BTest3
 timeframe.

 Mostly for ATest and qemu's use.  Doesn't hurt anything for the laptops.
 And it should be the X default in any case, that it isn't shows the
 stupidity of some of the XFree86 configuration mess.

 Examples are easy to find: repeat after me: Google is the answer,
 AllowMouseOpenFail is the question....
