 When the browser is loading a page the cursor change and it displays the
 standard arrow with an animation to show that it's busy loading the page.
 (This is not browser specific, other applications can use the same cursor,
 but I think browser is the only occurence we have so far on the olpc).

 We don't have a big version of this cursor and anyway we need one that use
 the arrow we designed. Making this high priority since a non animated
 cursor seem to suggest that the application froze, We probably need a fix
 for BTest2.

 Eben, let me know if you don't like this kind of feedback or want to fix
 the issue in a different way.
