 Here is a list of the feature set we are going to target. If one of the
 Abi guys could go over it and see what would be
 trivial/difficult/impossible to do, that would be useful.

 On the short time what I'd like to get working is a simple editor, with
 styles support. Bold, Italic, Underline would suffice as a first step.
 Here is how the UI should work:

 * Select a piece of text using the mouse or the keyboard
 * Hover the selection with the mouse
 * After a short delay, a rollover menu with a toolbar inside will appear,
 containing Bold, Italic, Underline.
 * Clicking one of them would apply the style but not dismiss the menu
 * Moving the mouse away from the selection would dismiss the menu

 know.
