 USB keyboard three LED not shine in suger.

 Duplicated procedure: [[BR]]
 1.Power on system.[[BR]]
 2.After enter Suger,plug in USB keyboard.[[BR]]
 3.Press 'Num Lock','Caps Lock' and 'Scroll Lock' buttons.[[BR]]
 4.After press these buttons,the LED not switch to on/off.-->problem

 In Command mode,press 'Num Lock','Caps Lock' and 'Scroll Lock',the LED
 function is working.[[BR]]

 Expect Behavior: [[BR]]
 'Num Lock','Caps Lock' and 'Scroll Lock' LED should shine/off after press
 'Num Lock','Caps Lock' and 'Scroll Lock' buttons.[[BR]]
