 Currently, if avahi-daemon is unavailable (due to a crash or whatnot),
 sugar crashes (I don't have the log anymore, because sugar has overwritten
 it).  Sugar should really be able to function w/out avahi being there; and
 if it can't function, it should pop up something warning the user that
 avahi-daemon is unavailable.
