 Reassigning to Eben and sugar component.

 Eben, tomeu and uwog are working on a generic editor component, based on
 abiword, that we can use in the write activity and in the wiki. It would
 be good to get them a description of how text editing should work. I think
 you was mentioning a small toolbar which would appear on hover...
