 > We should update the bundle registry automatically when a new activity
 is installed. Obviously the UI should also update to reflect registry
 changes. I think we should detect activity installation by listening on
 file system changes.

 It would kill our battery performance to have the system coming out of
 sleep to check for changes to a directory.
