 Right now Sugar only supports activity icons coming from the theme, and
 not provdided by the activity itself as the
 [http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activity_Bundles spec] describes.

 This is because right now the icon name is passed around sugar, and is
 ultimately separated from the folder it was contained in.

 My own suggestion for fixing this is to try to load the icon name as a
 filename, and if that doesn't work, see if it is a themed icon name.  I
 also believe the icon provided by the activity should always override the
 system theme icon of the same name.
