 With OFW Q2A53 and Kensington keyboard model K64338B  (serial nr
 A0604002160), certain key combinations cause OFW to hang.  The easiest way
 to reproduce this is simply (at the 'ok' prompt) just typing a $.  The
 combination of hitting shift+4 will cause OFW to no longer respond to key
 presses.  It only happens with this specific keyboard; other Kensington
 keyboards that we have do not exhibit this behavior.
