 Since PCI BIOS probing doesn't work or never will, we should disable
 CONFIG_PCI_GOBIOS and CONFIG_PCI_GOANY, and just enable
 CONFIG_PCI_GODIRECT.  This will also let us eliminate the pci=nobios from
 the command line (see #300).
