 Our primary toolkits are GTK+ and XUL (Gecko), though on Linux, GTK+ is
 used underneath XUL, so it may be possible to fix it in one place.

 I'd open a bug in the GTK bug tracking system, and make sure Owen and
 Behdad know about the issue.
