[Bookreader] The FBReader Activity is out for testing

Let's keep [[fbreader]] and [[bookreader]] up to date on the wiki with
the latest links and updates.  Testers rae starting to get their hands
dirty, but not always finding the latest (many are not subscribed to
this list :)   Even though still in draft stage, this activity
deserves a brief wiki entry.
