[Bookreader] Read with Comic Book Archive (cbz) support

Hello,

http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/Read-53.xo is a pre-release bundle of
Read with support for cbz files. In the OLPC 8.2.0 build, I expect the
page count shown in Read to be 0 for all cbz files due to a bug in the
underlying evince library, and I will release a RPM to fix this soon
(I'm trying to see if I can bundle the evince library within the Read
bundle itself - to avoid the rpm installation step).

Consider this as a prerelease and feel free to play around with it. A
sample cbz file can be downloaded from
