[Bookreader] The FBReader Activity is out for testing

Hello,
The FBReader activity is out for testing (consider this as a
pre-release), and bug reports will be most welcome :-)

The bundle can be downloaded from http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/FBReader-1.xo

However, to read downloaded ebooks successfully with it, you will have
to download and install http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/Browse-102.xo
as well (it is a patched edition of Browse which works around a nasty
mimetype/file extension related issue in Sugar/Browse)

The activity is at the moment associated with only .epub and .pdb files.

Another known issue with the activity is that it currently works only
on a XO (or a XO emulation image). This is because certain paths were
hardcoded to /home/olpc/Activities/FBReader.activity during build
time.
