A Local Lab in Argentina is great!<br>

We have found that Local Labs are incredibly helpful to the community<br>
at large. Usually, I try to help labs get set up. But now, I would<br>
like to stay out of the picture. There are some really great Local<br>
Labs that are doing amazing this.<br>
<br>
The true value of a Local Lab is building on top of Sugar to solve<br>
your _local_ needs. So, would you mind working with Rafael and other<br>
existing local labs to set up SLA. The big thing is that you do what<br>
is best for Argentina.<br>

Most of the stuff we have in the wiki about local lab is based on<br>
conversations I have had with Jono Bacon. This means that the<br>
policies and procedures are based on _my_ interruption of how to apply<br>
best practices from Ubuntu Locos to Sugar Labs. While that was enough<br>
to get started, now that there are a couple of healthy labs around<br>
the world it is best that the local labs to work together and share<br>
internal best practices with each other. After about 5 more local<br>
labs are in place, I would like to help start compiling a list of best<br>
practices on wiki.sl.o.<br>
