[Adminfolks] Word 2007 OLPC Letterhead template

Sorry, I've actually had this for a little while but wanted to "test" it 
before I sent out and haven't had the chance.  So Y'all can test it!

Here's the letterhead that is supposed to work better for Office 2007, 
along with the official instructions from the company in a PDF, and my 
completely non-technical summary, untested in the word doc.
