Hi again Gary... 

I download your VBC's source code. I am still downloading the gtk-dev at this moment to compile it. 
Since you are using GTK, can you compile a Windows version? There are so many Windows users out there, maybe you can help them out by proving a version for them. 
My background in C is very elementary and by just looking at the code made my knees shiver :), maybe I will find the joy to code it in FreePascal/Lazarus even though I still do not know where to start. 

This might be off-topic since this is all about OLPC accessibility, my apologies.
