[laptop-accessibility] Interesting article in AFB AccessWorld on Braille literacy, with a focus on the developing world

The January issue of the American Foundation for the Blind's AccessWorld 
just came out, and it contains an interesting article about Braille 
Literacy.  Find the article at:

The article cites WHO data estimating 45 million blind people worldwide, 
with ~90% living in "developing countries".  It also notes some 
innovative Braille devices developed outside of the wealthy Western 
world that might be of interest to this list.
