[laptop-accessibility] How can the XO be made accessible

Hi, my reserach group in Peru is working in many
projects for the XO laptops, we want to develop some
devices for kids with psychical discapacities.

Here some pics of devices for PC develop by the
peruvian engineer Alfredo Jimenez.

Unfortunately we dont have a XO machine and the
collaboration with the Ministery of Education is
closed because only one for profit private University
(San Martin) is allowed to work with the OLPC Project.


There are some political problems because the minister
of education and the president of university of San
Martin are the same person and all top official in the
ministery are employes of San Martin University. And
the OLPC project is closed to other universities and
indiduals. 

How researcher from other Universities could
collaborate with the project? in Peru the
collaboration is closed?
