We have some people who've worked on using the XO's webcam to track things. Here's a thread about an activity that uses the XO's camera to track the movement of the XO's adapter (or something of a similar color) and use it to control the mouse in a paint program:

Here's a thread that discusses a program that's an offshoot of xeyes, only instead of having the eyes track the mouse pointer movement, it tracks the movement of the user's face:

What we are looking for in the Head Camera thread (the one linked to by the first URL) are some specs as to what a head camera needs to do, to allow a user to control the mouse with it. How are mouse clicks registered, for example?
