[laptop-accessibility] GPLv3 IRT Fonts

I have sent a request for clarification of the tiresias.org font licenses IRT use on the OLPC-project to the RNIB Scientific Research Unit's Research and Information Officer Linda Newson. And also requested that a font exclusion be added to web-page and also the download files.
