"This is to report that I cannot Get Started using my XO.  Shouldn't I be
able to get some response from it even if I am not near a hot spot?  I
cannot get anything at all once I have turned on power and the screen brings
up the picture.  If I hit on Brouse, nothing.  If I hit on Register,
nothing.  If I touch 4 corners of the keyboard, nothing.  Can you refer me
to a person who can guide me in opening up the XO?  Ordinarily, I use MS XP,
have used a computer for several years, with help, of course. Thanks. Jane

Obviously, this is a mistake for me to have asked here.  My questions
remain.
I heard of your mission on C-Span and wanted to help.  So one computer went
to a child somewhere, and I have the other.  I'd thought to give it to an
elementary grade school here in Indianapolis, but I am not sure this is the
time for it.  Shall I return it to you?  Thanks.  Jane Bonwell  (Hope my
